Кстати, пипль, ещё вот вопрос, чем держать iPad.
У меня две держалки
1) Rammount с мини "тисками", чтобы крепить на панель впереди.
2) Держалка на колено (которую мне типа для теста выдали)
Отзыв вот какой
1)
Rammount

Thanks for providing the kneepad for test. I actually was looking for something like that!
I took the kneeboard onboard and tried to use it.
First of all: I failed to use it through the flight. I'm training on Aquila and it is a small aircraft with the stick between legs. However I tried to use it on the ground, play with it, etc. And here is my feedback.
First of all: I have experience only of using kneepad for A5 papers and holding iPad in hands, thus I can compare only to these usecases.
What I liked
1) First of all: iPad can be extremely helpful and such a kneepad (or a holder that can hold ipad next to instruments panel) becomes "it's a must"
2) I liked the idea of being able to put the kneepad under an angle, not just lay down flat on the leg.
What I see as possible improvement
1) The size. As I mentioned in my case it's too wide. I think it is possible to make it less wide, I think that the extra plastic around the iPad can be removed.
1.a) With that lift feature it is possible to get the stick beneath the ipad, but that is useful only when there is an option to hold the stick with the "free" hand.
2) What I was a bit afraid while testing: not to bend the plastic cover or not to put a scratch on it. What I experience with papers, etc onboard: it is for sure to be bended/squeezed/scratched.
3) Ah, that's for sure an issue: I was flying on Sunday, it was a sunny day and being heated the cover became relatively curvy.
4) One more issue: at some moment, when there is enough humidity in the air, the cover starts to "glue" to the screen.
I think that 2, 3 and 4 are just a matter of material selection. (I was slightly in touch with 3M company products and I'm more then sure that there is something on the market that is suitable for this cover)
5) I did not use it in the flight, but I tried to enter nav plan (I'm using AirNavPro app). It really depends on use cases and I expect that different people use it in different ways, but I found it more comfortable to prepare without the cover and then let the cover to block the finger<->screen interaction. But it really depends on usecases, applications used, etc.
6) It is not officially allowed to fly paperless at the moment. thus it would be nice to have a paper/pencil holders, but I expect that this is going to change.
7) Turn off screen button is not accessible. It also might be useful to switch from one app to another, thus access to home button might be needed and now it is hidden. But it might be that there were some strong ideas "why".
9) The velcro band: It has just 2 points where it is attached. Well. iPad is quite heavy device, I would rather use two continuous bands. Especially with that nice feature of lifting up the iPad -- it needs then to be fixed better.
